Can I finance my purchase?

You can pay for Fluora in 4 equal installments with Klarna. When checking out, you can pick Klarna as an option for payment.  Learn more here. Reach out to us if you have any questions at support@fluoraplant.com.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@fluoraplant.com to process a return.

What is the warranty?

We will replace or repair any hardware that fails as a result of “normal use” for a period of 1 year following the purchase. Read more at the bottom of the Fluora Mini manual.

Can I set my Fluora up outside?

Fluora is not waterproof, or rated for long term outdoor use. If you’d like to use it outside for a couple of hours, that will not damage any of the hardware, so long as is not raining.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to USA and Canada. We hope to start shipping to other countries as soon as Winter 2023. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified!

How is Fluora Powered?

Fluora plugs into a normal 3 prong 120V AC wall outlet. It is not battery powered, and can’t be used without the wall plug.

How bright is Fluora?

Fluora Mini can produce up to 1000 Lumens at full brightness. This is about as bright as a two normal 60W light bulbs found in most homes.

How long will Fluora last?

The LEDs in Fluora's leaves are rated for 10 years of everyday use. All other components will not degrade over time, and are expect to last over 10 years.

Can I use Fluora without the mobile app?

Yes, Fluora defaults to “automatic” mode, where it cycles through animations. You can also put it into a manual mode and cycle through individual patterns with the button inside the pot.

I needed something sorta fun and "lit up" for a spot in my house and came across this product. It came and I was VERY impressed with the simplicity and design. This is one of those.. "makes you happy" every time you look at it fun things that make you glad you made the purchase. The phone app is AWESOME and FUN!! Bravo!!!! :)

I have both a floor and a mini Fluora. The floor is absolutely stunning! Friends and family cannot stop talking about it! I love it!

Delicate, but oh so epic.

For my gaming/studio setup, the fluora vibe is everything. I grabbed a mini and couldn't resist the floor plant after having the mini for a year. These lights bring a perfect blend of chill and focus to my space—it's like stepping into another world the moment you sit down (especially at night). The floor plant and mini basically tied my whole aesthetic direction together.

The design is clean but not boring. The plants give off a futuristic glow that feels organic but modern, not tacky like some LED setups. And the lighting? Completely customizable. I can match the colors to my game’s atmosphere, set it to a soft gradient for late-night editing sessions, or go full RGB for when I just want to vibe.

The only complaint I have is they are really delicate. I have a 1-year-old and she can't resist touching it, so I've gone through quite a few replacement leaves/stems. But setup was stupid easy. They connect via an app, and I had the whole thing running in less than five minutes.

Bonus: they’re super low maintenance—like, no watering required low.

There is nothing like this out there and the people that work here are great too!

I liked the Fluora Mini so much that I bought one of the big ones. It has become the center focus for everyone when they come to visit. The patterns, the smooth transitions, the ability to bend the stems as you want to make a realistic looking plant shape - it is quite a sight to see.

As an early customer, I had some issues with the app - but the customer service was top notch and in talking with the product team, I know they are passionate about their work and the customer experience. For the record, the app is pretty cool. Lots of control over the plant and new features are being added. This is my 3rd plant and counting!

I have the Fluora and Fluora Mini, both are fantastic. The colors are beautiful and the color cycle options and customizations leave endless possibilities. The app is the perfect companion for both lamps and the company is super communicative about updates and new features. I’m actually really impressed with the customer service as much as I am the Fluora plants. Highly recommend.
