Shipping policy
All in-stock orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For products on pre-order: This product is the process of being manufactured. The estimated shipment month is listed on the website. This is an estimation, and Color+light will make every attempt to ship the product out by the date advertised.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For order shipping to the USA, the shipping is a flat rate ground shipping, and there is only 1 speed of shipping.
International Shipping
Please review our international order policies prior to placing your order if you reside outside of the United States.
- Customer Responsibility: All orders shipped internationally may be subject to local import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees upon arrival in your destination country. These additional charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Final Sale: Orders shipped outside of the United States are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Hardware Coverage: Your purchase includes a 1-year warranty that covers the cost of replacement hardware.
- Shipping Fees: While replacement hardware itself is covered under warranty, any shipping fees required to deliver replacement parts internationally are the responsibility of the customer.
