Can I finance my purchase?

You can pay for Fluora in 4 equal installments with Klarna. When checking out, you can pick Klarna as an option for payment.  Learn more here. Reach out to us if you have any questions at support@fluoraplant.com.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us at support@fluoraplant.com to process a return.

What is the warranty?

We will replace or repair any hardware that fails as a result of “normal use” for a period of 1 year following the purchase. Read more at the bottom of the Fluora Mini manual.

Can I set my Fluora up outside?

Fluora is not waterproof, or rated for long term outdoor use. If you’d like to use it outside for a couple of hours, that will not damage any of the hardware, so long as is not raining.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we currently only ship to USA and Canada. We hope to start shipping to other countries as soon as Winter 2023. Please sign up for our mailing list to be notified!

How is Fluora Powered?

Fluora plugs into a normal 3 prong 120V AC wall outlet. It is not battery powered, and can’t be used without the wall plug.

How bright is Fluora?

Fluora Mini can produce up to 1000 Lumens at full brightness. This is about as bright as a two normal 60W light bulbs found in most homes.

How long will Fluora last?

The LEDs in Fluora's leaves are rated for 10 years of everyday use. All other components will not degrade over time, and are expect to last over 10 years.

Can I use Fluora without the mobile app?

Yes, Fluora defaults to “automatic” mode, where it cycles through animations. You can also put it into a manual mode and cycle through individual patterns with the button inside the pot.

A prized possession

I looooove my Fluora. Was an original Kickstarter backer. I have it on in the background of every video call for work, and I get so many complements and questions about it. Great product, great customer service. Bought two of the Minis as well as gifts for my daughters. Perfect plant for a college dorm room, a plant they won't let die. ;)

Early adopter and couldn't be happier!

I came across the kickstarter for this product and was one of the first 100 backers. It was cool receiving updates about the development process and I gotta say, I love the final product! We use it as our primary lamp in our living room and have it set to come on at 7p (via he app). My partner is a landscape designer so she loves the "look" of the plant. We use it all the time.

I love Fluora!!!

I can't speak highly enough of this product and the team behind it. I absolutely love my Fluora plant. My home has almost every LED product you can think of. Every room in my home has a different set of RGB lights, but I can confidently say that the Fluora Floor Plant is my absolute favorite. It sits right in my cozy little reading corner. I was one of the early owners of the plant, and whenever I had any issues, they would do everything they can to help me resolve them. I've seen them make amazing improvements to the app and product throughout the whole time. I really appreciate the fantastic customer service they provide. I'll be a lifelong supporter because of it. The people behind this product are passionate, creative and dedicated!

I can't imagine my home without a Fluora anymore, and I can't wait to receive my Mini Fluora! I highly recommend this wonderful hero piece to anyone who enjoys colors and RGB LEDs. It's truly worth it to have this wonderful centerpiece that reminds you of being at a festival or art gallery.
